The Board is headed by Prince Julius Adelusi-Adeluyi, OFR, mni.

Prince Julius Adelusi-Adeluyi, OFR, mni (Founder and Chairman)
Prince Julius Adelusi-Adeluyi holds a degree in Pharmacy and Law from the University of Ife and University of Lagos in 1965 and 1986 respectively. At the Nigerian Law School, he won the best overall student prize in 1987. He is the Promoter and was Chairman/Chief Executive of the Company before relinquishing the Executive position in April 2009. He is a past national President, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce. He was a former Assistant General Manager at Pfizer Nigeria Limited from 1968 – 1969, Federal Minister of Health and Human Services and National President of the Alumni Association of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (AANIPSS). He was a former Group Chairman of Odua Investment Conglomerate, an organization coordinating the economic and cultural legacy of the South Western States of Nigeria.

Sir Remi Omotoso, MFR
Sir Omotoso began his career in 1971 with Lever Brothers Nigeria (now Unilever Nigeria Plc) as a management trainee and rose to become a board member in 1987. He held several positions in the board and finally retired as Corporate Relations Director in 1998 having spent twenty seven (27) years at the company. He holds B.A (Hons) in Geography and a diploma in Purchasing and Supplying. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management and Fellow of both the Institute of Management and Institute of Directors. He has attended various conferences within and outside the country.

He served as a Director in Okitipupa Oil Palm Plc between the years 1997 and 1999, and simultaneously between 1998 and 2004 held the post of Group Managing Director of Odua Investment Company Limited. He also served as Director-General/CEO of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and WAPCO Plc from 2002 to 2008 and of the Ekiti State Economic Development Council from 2000 – 2003 and also in 2007. He is the current Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria and DN Meyer Plc. He was appointed a Trustee of the Late Chief T. A. Odutal Estate in 2010.

Mrs Juli Omosalewa Adelusi-Adeluyi
A trained Agriculturist, Project Analyst and Management Expert. She served in various positions in the defunct Western State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources and as a Lecturer, School of Agriculture, Akure as well as the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture. She was the Executive Director of the Company until April 1, 2004 when she voluntarily retired.

Mr Olanrewaju Ajayi
A trained Economist. Mr Ajayi obtained his B.Sc (2nd Class Upper Division) and Master Degrees in Economics from the University of Lagos in 1990 and 1996 respectively. Between 1997 and July 2009, he worked in Marina International Bank Limited, Chartered Bank Plc, Accenture Nigeria, Nextzon Business Services Limited, Equity Assurance Plc and IEI Assets Limited where he held strategic positions. His working experience cuts across Consultancy, Business Advisory Services, Corporate Planning, Strategic Planning and Budgeting, and Business Development amongst others. He joined Wema Bank Plc in August 2009 and represents the Bank on the Board of Juli Plc.

Mrs Abiola Macaulay
She is a 1998 graduate of Accounting and an MBA holder 2000. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Institute of Pension Managers of Nigeria. She has attended several local and foreign management courses. A talented and adept Capital Market Operator with over twenty years cognate working experience in the Capital Market. She has over the years led numerous project teams, advising either the Nigerian Government or Corporate Institutions on major financial transactions. She has won many awards and presently serving as Director of Treasury, Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria and on the Boards of Chicken Royal, Green Palm Nigeria Limited and Caronc Farms.

Mr Sylvanus Eneche
Mr Eneche is a 1995 graduate of Pharmacy and obtained MBA from the Lagos Business School in 2003. He served as Marketing Research and Production Executive with Evans Medical Plc between 1997 and 1999. He has been in the banking industry for a period of fourteen years with experience cutting across retail and investment banking. He previously worked with Broad Bank of Nigeria Limited, Guardian Express Bank Plc, FSB International Bank Plc before joining Wema Bank Plc in June 2009. He is currently the Zonal Manager, Ikeja Zone of Wema Bank Plc and was appointed to represent the Bank on the Board of Juli Plc in May 2013.

Mrs Lohdir Asabe Atu
A graduate of Industrial Design. Her working experience cuts across textile designing and travel agency. She is the Supervising Director Tim-Tali Travels and Tours, Abuja.

Oludare Olubamise, Managing Director
A graduate of Marketing, Chartered Stockbroker and Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a capital market operator since 1992. His working experience spanned over a period of twenty five years in credit analysis and administration, investment banking, financial advisory services and capital market activities. He worked in Nigeria Merchant Bank Limited, Prudent Finance Limited, Merchant Securities Limited, Alpha Secirities Limited and Resort Securities and Trust Limited from where he resigned as an Executive Director to join Juli Plc in 2004 as a General Manager. He was appointed Managing Director and member of the Board of the company on April 1, 2009.

Mrs Olufunke Ogunranti, Executive Director
A graduate of Pharmacy from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos and MBA holder from the Lagos Business School. She has over thirteen years of practical experience in Community Pharmacy. She joined the Company in June 1996 as full time Pharmacist after observing the mandatory NYSC at the Lagos State Hospital Management Board, LASUTH, Ikeja. She rose through the rank to become the Assistant General Manager in January 2005 and was appointed as an Executive Director in February 2011.
